3 Day Detox Cleanse Plan for Weight loss

DAY 1  Detox Plan

Morning: Raw ripe fruits that you desire. Take it alongside any combination of lettuce, celery, and avocado as you desire. Your selection is taken fromDrink 1.

Throughout this 3-day detox cleanse weight loss and a few days before, stay away from drugs, dairy, caffeine, sugar, wheat products, processed foods, junk food, and alcohol.

Exercises such as walking, stretching or yoga and be sure to avoid intense workouts like weight lifting and running.
